Billing & subscriptions

Receipts, plan changes, prorations, VAT/GST invoices, refunds within the 14-day window, charge questions, switching from monthly to annual, or downgrading. Email support@tryaipu.com with the subject line "Billing" and we'll usually have it sorted the same day.

Account access

Can't log in, lost access to the email on your account, want to merge two accounts, or need to update your name or workspace owner. Reach us at support@tryaipu.com with the subject "Account access" — we'll verify your identity and get you back in.

Technical help

Generations failing, slow responses, API errors, file upload issues, voice clones rejecting samples, or anything that looks broken. A short description plus a screenshot (and the rough time the issue happened) lets us trace it in our logs in seconds.

Product questions

Wondering whether AIPU supports a specific use case, which model is best for what (e.g., SeeDance 2.0 vs Sora 2 for cinematic video, or ChatGPT Images 2.0 vs Flux Pro for product photography), how brand-voice training works, or what counts toward your monthly quota.
