Terms of Service

Welcome, and thanks for trying AIPU. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and AIPU ("AIPU", "we", "our") covering your use of the website at tryaipu.com, the AIPU web app, our desktop and mobile clients, and any related APIs or content (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking "Start free trial," or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The short version. Be a decent human, don't break the law with our tools, respect other people's rights, and pay your bill on time. We'll keep the platform running, keep your data private, and refund you within 14 days if it's not for you. The longer version is below.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use AIPU. If you're using AIPU on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and let us know at support@tryaipu.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. What AIPU does

AIPU is a unified workspace that lets you use third-party AI models — including chat models, image and video generators (such as SeeDance 2.0, ChatGPT Images 2.0, Flux Pro and Imagen 4), writing tools and voice synthesis engines — through a single interface. We don't build the underlying foundation models; we license them, route requests intelligently, and add the workflow, history, fine-tuning and collaboration layers on top.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

create, distribute, or attempt to create child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting minors in sexual situations;
impersonate a real person via voice cloning, deepfaked images or video without that person's verifiable consent;
generate disinformation designed to mislead voters, manipulate financial markets, or defame an identifiable person;
build malware, phishing pages, exploits, or anything intended to harm computer systems or users;
run automated scraping, mass-account creation, model-extraction attacks, or otherwise abuse rate limits in a way that degrades the Service for others;
resell raw API credits or repackage the Service as a competing model-routing product without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Severe violations may be reported to law-enforcement.

4. Plans, billing & the "unlimited" small print

Paid plans renew automatically at the published price until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing page in your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Where the Service is described as "unlimited" — for example unlimited chat or unlimited brand-voice writing on the Pro plan — that means there are no per-day or per-month message caps for normal individual use. To prevent abuse and protect platform stability, those features are subject to a fair-use policy: roughly the upper end of what a single human could produce in a workday. We will warn you before throttling and never silently degrade output quality. Generation features that are listed with explicit numeric quotas (e.g., "2,000 image & 60 video generations per month") are not unlimited, and the listed quota applies.

5. Your content & ownership

You own everything you create with AIPU, subject to the upstream model providers' content policies. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use the outputs you generate on a paid plan in any project, including paid client work, commercial products, ads and films. We claim no ownership of your prompts, drafts, voice clones or generated assets, and we do not use your content to train any AI model.

6. Intellectual property

The AIPU platform, our brand, the user interface, our routing engine and our internal tooling remain our property. Third-party model names referenced in the Service (including but not limited to GPT-5, Claude 4.5, Gemini 2.5, SeeDance 2.0, ChatGPT Images 2.0, Sora 2, Flux Pro, Imagen 4 and ElevenLabs) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive interoperability purposes only.

7. 14-day refund

If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide AIPU isn't for you within 14 days of your first paid charge, email support@tryaipu.com and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions, no retention scripts. The full policy lives on our Refund Policy page.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, that AI outputs will always be accurate, lawful, free of bias, or fit for a particular purpose. AI outputs should be reviewed by a human before being used in high-stakes settings (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical). You are responsible for the content you publish.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AIPU, its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid AIPU in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You can stop using AIPU at any time by cancelling your subscription and (optionally) deleting your account from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it for material breach of these Terms; where reasonable, we'll give you a chance to cure the breach first.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example to add new features or to comply with new laws. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us through good-faith discussion will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you and AIPU consent to that jurisdiction.
